2- The classes last for the contracted time, on the subject proposed by you or on the basis of the material that Voipteach © has provided you. When appropriate we will advise to follow the classes through a with a suggested suitable education book for your objective and level. If the students prefer it from time to time they can have homework to do between the lessons.

3- A lesson can last from 30 to 60 minutes depending the possibilities and needs of each student. You pay for the minutes that you need. The minimum of each class is 30 minutes. If the teacher is available and has stipulated as such, you can book up to 120 minutes in one session.

4- Each student has total flexibility and we will use what is best for each case. In some, it could be topic based conversation; for others it could be material written, adapted to their linguistic and professional needs: ie professional and commercial courses books, documents, newspaper extract, emails, Web sites extract, photos, art, letters etc.
These visual aids allow for structured work along with the professor during the lesson, and personal work outside the hour of class.

5- If you want, you can tell your teacher what subject you prefer to review or propose text you would like to read. Simply, tell your teacher what is what you are interests to learn, or email the selected text before the class.

6- Voipteach © helps you to improve your spoken language and your listening skills. We customise our one-to-one classes to meet yours specific needs, be they in conversation, preparation of examinations, a specific job interview, or for specific work activities – such as sales meetings, proposal writing, presentations or public speaking.

7- Voipteach is a 24-7 service. Once you have registered as a Central Point student, you can buy the class time that you want. You may also access by the teacher calendar once you have selected a class, and this is available. You may pay for just one class, before committing to a course.

8- Once you have registered and paid for your classes, you can record the chosen times in the on-line calendar. You may book the lessons one at a time or all together. The system will match the number of classes paid and booked.

9- You can start class immediately, once you have paid through our on-line payment service which accepts credit card or PayPal. You can book your class with the first available teacher. The system lets you see who is on-line and available. If your preferred teacher is not on-line, they will receive and email confirming the class. You will also get a copy of this email.

10- You have a year from the date of purchase to take the classes that you have bought. For best results, we recommend continuity and that students take two or three classes a week. But the decision is yours.

11- The system will alert you when you have 5 minutes left of class, if you want to extend it you can click on the button "extra time" , the next window will ask how many more minutes (15 or 30 minutes) you would like, then the system checks: if you have credit in your account and if the teacher has the free time to continue with the class. If the answer to both these points is yes you would continue with the extra time. If you've finished your credit, you'll be invited to buy more minutes.
If the class takes place over the phone the teacher can check the minute you have made available.

12- The classes can be cancelled with 24 hours before the beginning of the same. After this time the class would be considered as taken.
In order to cancel a class, it log onto the teacher’s calendar and ticket the day that you can’t do the class and click on cancel.

13- Yes, at the end of a class, you can book the following class with another teacher, according to availabilities in the schedule chosen for your next class. You need to cancel first any classes already reserved with the present professor.

16- We hope this won’t happen; but in this eventuality, the minutes lost will be credited to your account for your next lesson.

17- You need an ADSL broadband Internet connection and a computer. If the computer does not have a built microphone and speakers, you will need a microphone and speakers; or you can use a USB VOIP Telephone or headset connected to your computer. A simple digital camera is also needed if you want your teacher to see you as well as hear you.

18- You can receive classes on your mobile telephone, but you will have to pay a supplement to cover the extra cost with the call.

19- Add to the shopping cart the minutes you would like to buy. The minimum purchase is 30 minutes. The payment is done through PayPal or credit cards (MasterCard or Visa). If you need an invoice please indicate in the corresponding box and the system would generate one. You may have to talk to your bank to permit overseas transactions.
